The tasks below are those of the administrative consultant:
1. Adopting a strategic plan that achieves the objectives and directions of the top management of the company.
2. Develop procedures and policies of the work and explain to employees and employees of the company and training them and motivate them to work in it.
3. Develop instructions and a manual to ensure the continuity of work.
4. Performing internal control and auditing on all departments.
5. Work to develop and improve the performance of departments and sections.
6. Permanent control over the conditions of occupational safety and health.
7. Qualifying each of the following departments:
- Higher Management.
- HR.
- Sales and marketing.
- Purchases.
- Warehouses.
- the movement.
- Accounting and Finance.
- IT.
- Quality and development.
8. Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and employees in all departments.
9. Provide advice in administrative procedures - human resources in terms of job descriptions, employment, allowances, promotion, etc.
10. Express opinion on requests to amend the job and financial situation.
11. Express opinion on issues and problems related to the progress of work and propose solutions.
12. Submit periodic reports of achievements and problems to senior management and develop action plans for them.
13. Work through a computer program for the administrative system and linking the operations of interdependent sections.
